PAYMENT POLICY
We accept 100% payment in advance.

Once the payment is received, we start with booking the slots for your sessions.

REFUND POLICY

Once a service or a product is purchased we don’t provide any refund/cancellation.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Rescheduling of a booking can be done up to 4 hours before the scheduled session. Bookings are made with mutual agreement, so rescheduling a slot is limited to three times for the program.

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders, with delivery expected within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location.
